Support the Future of Leadership Through RYLA
The Rotary Youth Leadership Awards (RYLA) program is made possible through the generous support of Rotary Clubs, and your sponsorship plays a vital role in its success. Each year, sponsorship dollars allow 28–34 young leaders to attend an intensive week-long program at no cost, where they gain invaluable personal and professional development skills, build confidence, and discover their potential to lead and serve. Your support directly removes financial barriers and ensures that deserving participants can focus fully on learning, growth, and leadership.
We understand that not every club is able to sponsor a participant at the full level. That’s why we offer multiple sponsorship levels, making it possible for every club to contribute in a way that fits its capacity. Every level of support matters and helps strengthen the program as a whole. In addition, sponsoring clubs receive recognition and visibility for their commitment to youth leadership and Rotary’s mission of service above self.
